Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with 350 credits. A card is needed to start, and the first charge is on day 15 unless you choose to start earlier.
How does yearly billing work?
A 12-month minimum term, billed monthly at 15% off. It renews for another 12 months unless you cancel at least 30 days before the term ends, and we remind you 45 days before renewal.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Included credits are shared by your whole team and reset each month. Top-ups are available if you need more.
What does Enterprise include?
User numbers, usage and commercial terms agreed with your agency, and a rollout planned with you.
Do I need my own AI account?
No. AI is included, so there is no AI account to open and no API keys to manage.
