Getting started
What does HuntMandate do?
It runs your business development in the background. It finds live vacancies in your sectors, the hiring manager behind each one and the candidates in your database who fit, then writes a pitch for a consultant to approve and send.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed to start. Choose a plan whenever you are ready.
What do I need to set up?
Your sectors, roles and regions, and your Gmail or Outlook mailbox so pitches go from your own address. Importing your candidate database is optional, but it makes matching far more useful.
Can I see it on my own market first?
Yes. Book a demo and we will set the autopilot to the sectors you recruit for and show you what it finds.
Pitches and sending
Does anything send without my approval?
No. Every email is approved by a person before it goes.
Which address do pitches come from?
Your own Gmail or Outlook, connected with your permission. Replies land in the same thread, in your inbox.
Do you automate LinkedIn?
No. HuntMandate never logs in to LinkedIn or automates it.
Your data
Who can see my agency's data?
Your team, with the access you give them. Our support team can only look inside your workspace when you allow it.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your data, and anything from your connected mailbox stays inside your agency's workspace.

Plans and billing
How does yearly billing work?
A 12-month minimum term, billed monthly at 15% off. It renews for another 12 months unless you cancel at least 30 days before the term ends, and we remind you 45 days before renewal.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Included credits are shared by your whole team and reset each month. Top-ups are available if you need more.
Do I need my own AI account?
No. AI is included, so there is no AI account to open and no API keys to manage.
